Rates/Policies

  • Prices begin at $110 depending on room and night of the week, plus state sales and county bed taxes. All room rates are subject to change.
  • $25 per night plus tax charge for each additional person in room, as appropriate.
  • Credit card information is required to guarantee all reservations.  Payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
  • A $25 per room non-refundable deposit is included in the room rate.
  • All reservations are subject to a 7-day cancellation policy.  Group bookings of 3 or more rooms are subject to a 14-day cancellation policy.  Reservations cancelled within the 7 or 14-day period that cannot be re-booked will be charged in full. Those that are re-booked will be subject to the deposit.
  • All cancellations MUST be confirmed by phone or email by the innkeeper.
  • Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. Arrangements can be made for late check-ins.
  • Check-out is by 11am.
  • All rates include breakfast.
  • All bedrooms have private bathrooms.
  • Wireless internet available.
  • The House has central air.  The Carriage House has window air conditioners.
  • Smoking is not allowed in any room of The Gambier House.
  • We welcome children 12 years of age and over.
  •  Off street parking available.
  • Guests have access to the Kenyon Athletic Center.
  • Gift Certificates are available.
  • The Gambier House is available for weddings, reunions and other special gatherings.  Block bookings (three or more rooms) for weddings, conferences, workshops or other special gatherings generally require a 2-night minimum stay and a credit card guarantee. They are subject to a 60-day cancellation policy and a 25% non-refundable deposit.
  • Special celebratory packages are available. Please feel free to inquire about the Chocolate & Roses or Candelight Bubblebath romance add-ons.
